How Can diarrhea And Vomiting Be Treated?

I couple of days ago I think I had an allergic reaction to something I ate ( I recently found out I am allergic to lots of raw fruits). I had diareah and vomitting until yesterday and still feel nausea now. I have only been sick once today but I now have a severe headache and burping. What should I do to stop this?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to food allergy or gastroenteritis
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests, stool tests.
Following treatment will helpful:
Drink plenty of water and ORS solution
Eat boiled rice with added lemon juice and salt.
Take diet like rice, toast, yogurt and buttermilk.
Infection after confirming the stool tests is treated by antibiotic
Capsule lactobacillus
Tablet pantoprazole and domperidone
